Saving a life is always a good thing. Help local no kill shelters if you have issues with the ASPCA or HS, Please! they need us.
Oh and remember to "Fix" your pets. For every one that is fixed some estimate it reduces 1000 homeless pets.

Thank you, BL. Just a few dollars to the organisation of your choice can make a world of difference. And it's never too early to teach our children to love and respect animals. I used to donate the princely sum of one shilling a week -- out of five shillings pocket money -- into the SSPCA box. Many of my friends did likewise. I can recall being so proud that I was a signed up member and received all their news letters, etc. It made me feel grown-up and important. Seriously though, it IS a good feeling! My family encouraged this, but they weren't too happy when I kept bringing stray cats home. "Oh no, not another one..." ;D
