I'm thinking of using CreateSpace to publish my new YA novel. Has anybody here used it, and is it worth it?

As it can cost nothing, or as little as $39 a year (which is worth it) I don't see any problem as you retain the rights.
You will have the opportunity to receive a "proof" text after they inform you that the formatting meets their requirements. You will have to pay for it, around $4.
You can then makes changes, and order more as necessary. They say 4-6 is normal, I was able to do it in two, but I also had an editor.

I just found out that my book is now listed at Barnes and Noble as well. I believe this is part of the worldwide option included with the Createspace pro-plan. They also have a forum community where you can search topics, or ask questions on specific issues. www.createspace.com/en/community/index.jspa
