In my story time moves a lot differently in some of the worlds. For example one night of sleep for Krishna is equivalent to 400 million human years. A day on earth is only moments in the In-Betweens If you travel to the Otherworld (Underworld) and stay for any amount of time lets say 2 hours when you return you find that maybe 20 minuets have past. In the opening part of the book the creation of the world Brahma hangs around waiting for Krishna to return for 800 million years before getting lonely, However I am having issues with HOW to go about expressing this time 'slip' I guess you could call it. Any ideas, do I simply say 800 million years passed and be uber boring? Or is there a better way to express this? Thanks all, ~BL~

you can just use chapter headings or do something to indicate the passage of time. For example a week passes in one of my stories - the reader knows that a funeral is going to happen during that time so I include a discussion about the cremation urn on the side.

I think I addressed it maybe not well ... but adressed none the less..
Once I get back into the meat of things I can spice it up as needed. Thanks, ~BL~
