Not so much of a resource, but certainly helpful if you have a decent sized computer monitor screen.
On the bottom taskbar, where the start symbol is, simply right click and you will have a number of options available. Click on show windows side by side, and your computer screen will divide into however many windows you have open. (it also does it horizontally)
If you have more than two open, it is easier to close out the excess and just use two at a time. You will have to right click on the taskbar again after you close out extra screens.
This is especially helpful if you are working with resource material as you can look at one piece of work while writing on another.
If you've never done this, try it.
