Richard's been with the forum almost from its inception, and he's been a great asset and moderator. I couldn't have kept things running smoothly without him. He's bowed out for the moment because of an extremely heavy workload, but will look in occasionally as time permits. I know I speak for everyone when I say how much he'll be missed.

Let's hope he'll pick up the reins again in the not too distant future.
