This is pretty horrific. When will they learn that everything on earth is here for a purpose, an integral part of the chain. You can't destroy one link of that chain without negatively impacting all the others. No wonder we're in such a mess. It's like when they set out to destroy bats because of an unwarranted fear of rabies. What they didn't realise, was that bats were keeping the mosquito population down, and when the bats were gone the mosquitoes multiplied accordingly. Holy crap! What on earth is wrong with these people? If you f**k up the natural ecosystem everything is out of whack, including humans! We're part of the ecosystem too! People seem to forget that all too often! Killing bees? What will happen when the crops fail as a result? I hope the USDA is either sued by farmers for indirectly killing their livelihood or punished for animal cruelty.
