I thought it was. As our Kenyan in Chief, the President took an oath to defend the Constitution. That also means the parts of the document to which he disagrees. Part of that issue defends the right of unpopular speech.
Lots of Americans believe BHO did nothing but make a bad situation worse. He lamented a two-front war. We now have a five front war. He berated big oil, and now gas prices will climb to unprecedented heights this summer. Unemployment is up, not down, and most serious among miniorites.
In other words, the Bush era has become "the golden years."
If I can say that, then a Marine can say it. And if BHO is truly a President, then I'm sure he's had a few moments to peruse the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and The Federalist Papers.

I find this story particularly disturbing and puzzling since the US has excellent laws in place to protect individual rights. I'm thinking now, of The Miranda Rights, which (unfortunately) have not been adopted in other Western nations, Canada included. I just don't think that marine should be booted out, with a dishonourable discharge, after nine years of exemplary service, because of his remarks on Facebook. kempton.wordpress.com/2010/10/09/no-miranda-rights-in-canada-supreme-court/

You better be careful, the NSA may be tracking your post ;D Too late. I'm already on a gang task force list for being a member in a motorcycle club. BTW, when you know they're listening it's easier to just speak your mind. What are they going to do, put more bugs in your house?

That's a shame, Tourist. Only a small percentage of Motor Cycle clubs are involved in criminal activity Yeah, it's troubling because we've always had a good rep here, and even rode with The Blue Knights. Our Sheriff is a friend of mine, and he came up through the ranks as a Motor Officer--that's what they call motorcycle cops here. They give them the name 'motor' but not the 'cycle' suffix. Eh, I've always been a bad boy. And at this stage of my life nothing is going to change.
