Where are my clothes?
I'm all alone on day number nine. I feel vulnerable and exposed. Like the dream where you're naked and everyone else is clothed.
For eight days straight I stood here nude with a dude but he's now gone, chasing cars perhaps. I hope he doesn't get run over. I was fond of him.
So, that leaves me cold and alone isolated and desperate, with nothing but my prose to keep me company. And I don't even like them that much.
Will I continue on writing poetry to myself, posting it each day? That's kind of pathetic don't you think? I may anyway. Should I, what do you think?

Keep it going as you see fit.
If not spend more time on smaller stuff to help you with your book. That's how I do it.
Keep churning out, like I do. Your mind will have no choice but to channel thoughts to your pen

No problem, I was just playing around with my post above. I still like the challenge, if you're willing to read them and offer your expert opinion. Look forward to my post for day 10 and jump back in if you ever have something to share! Which you better, or I'm coming across that great big ocean and find you!

I found this one to be a little weird. but poetry lets out steam too. lets out our feelings of the moment. I feel thats what you were doing here. I think you werent trying to do anything special at all but trying to let something out for this day. Cause Ive noticed your trying to write something for everyday for the this month. all you can really do is keep writing and keep improving. If we dont write as often as we can, how can we improve our writing skills, right?

Yeah, this was written for Martinshaw and I'm not ashamed to admit it! LOL he dropped out of the challenge of posting a poem/prose a day and I felt abandoned. But it was really just a joke, nothing serious. LOL

I like it. When it comes to poetry bare it all I say.
It can be challenging to critique poetry...I mean really. If someone has the cookies to post their feelings on a wall for all to see then kudos.
I have not yet had the cookies to do so. It can be such a personal experience and putting poetry on display for critique is like like standing naked in front of a thousand strangers and asking them "Do you think I'm fat?"
And if i were one of those strangers I'd have to reply "Yes. but I'm full so ask me again tomorrow before I eat dinner."

LOL
OK. I'll find the fresh cookies ASAP. I'm new around here and am starting my may from the bottom.
It was brilliant though.
