www.gopublished.com/I used this service and now have one of my books on Smashwords. Maureen did a great job and made it as easy as can be. Highly recommended.

There are services for formatting for Kindle if you want to sell through Amazon. This service formatted for: HTML, Javascript, .mobi for Kindle & Kindle apps, Epub, pdf, RTF, LRF, palm doc, and plain text. It is just that they are available through Smashwords.
