Welcome, Grace. It's an unexpected pleasure to have BL's sister here. How are things in Ireland? I've never actually visited the Emerald Isle, but I have seen it from the air and sailed around the southern part of it on a ship.

No arguing with your sister Are you putting in a recipe for Haggis, Tatties and Neeps? ;D I don't think they have haggis in Ireland, Richard. I believe it's a Scottish dish, exclusively! And it's surprisingly good. I used to love it when I was a kid. It's most prominent on Robbie Burns Day. (January 25)

Haggis, neeps and tatties are all scottish dishes rishard sorry. I knew the Scots called potatoes tatties, and turnips neeps, but I didn't know if the Irish also did the Haggis. I guess you'll have to stick with Clapshot and bangers.

Bangers are english and clapshot is again scottish Then I guess I'll just have to buy your book to see what is Irish. I like Bushmills, so it will have to go with that. Richard

I guess you will. But proper irish whiskey is Paddy Whiskey or Jameson. Bushmills is made in northern ireland. Your getting closer Richard
