Interesting numbers. I don't think any of us started writing to get rich; I certainly didn't! At this stage in my life, I don't need the money (although it would help me buy that Duesenberg) but I sure won't turn any down either! But it's so damn much fun that I can't imagine giving it up! It's also nice to get positive feedback on the scribbling that one does.
