I can understand if they want to make new/certain buildings smoke-free. If someone violates that policy, after they signed terms to agree to that, then they should be in violation of their lease. Aside from that type of situation, they can certainly start getting into expected privacy of property issues. And lastly, I am not happy that they are offering- "$10,000 bounty — paid for out of a Centers for Disease Control grant." To my knowledge, the CDC is funded by Federal taxes. They are using our tax money for this?

Yeah well they also use our tax dollars to try and repair the disease and damages smoking causes..look how many fires are started by careles smoking. Prevention is better than cure..
