Monkeys aren't 'pets' neither are other 'exotic' creatures.

The owner (naturally) wants him back. And I believe it's just plain common sense to return the little guy to where he's loved, and where he can wear his coat. Heck, dogs wear coats, so why not monkeys? Those people at the "sanctuary" need to give their heads a shake.
