Hi, I'm Jackie and I'm new here. I'm sixteen and I live in Yorkshire, England, with my mum and stepdad. I'm just starting my A levels and want to study English Literature at University...and become a writer of course!

Welcome to the forum, Jackie. I love the name, Bronte. It reminds me of the wonderful books written by the Bronte sisters. And they lived in Yorkshire too.

LOL @ Lily- the name is no coincidence! I live near 'Bronte Country' and have been to Haworth a few times. You can visit the Bronte Parsonage and see where they lived and wrote their books. They have kept the rooms pretty close to how they would have been- it's tiny! Pretty cool to be there though. I love Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights.
